What to Expect for Your Remodel

Our remodeling process combines years of experience as both a contractor and a client.

Remodeling can be difficult. Every project is different, there are hidden challenges behind every wall and every client has different taste. However, simply put remodeling comes down to two things, the repeatable steps and skillful craftsmanship. There are things that we do on every project that never change such as, covering the floors with paper or carpet shield, running an air purifier on heavy dust days and communicating clearly with our clients. The skillful craftsmanship is the part that makes each project unique, it might a special tile pattern, maybe installing a custom walnut mantle, or maybe it is just working with our client to design and build a space that fits exactly what they need. Combining those two steps helps to give our client a good baseline to know what is going on but also the confidence that their unique project will be finished to a high standard of quality.

After a client reaches out we will start to communicate and ask some initial questions about the project. With that info we will get an estimate together so that we can make sure everyone is on the same page. Once the estimate is approved we will send out our “sales person”, Drew who’s sales experience was working retail for a year after high school. We don’t want to twist your arm or weasel our way into over-selling our clients, we want to take the time to ask questions, hear your vision for the space, what you dream it could be and then we work to take those visions and dreams and apply them to your budget. After we have moved forward through the design stage we get the project start. You can expect day one to be full of site prep, protecting the rest of your home that is not being worked on. Throughout the project we send daily updates and pictures so that you can see the progress made each day. We work with a trusted list of subcontractors that meet our standard of quality. As we wrap the project up we give the work area a deep clean to ensure that it is move in ready when we walk out the door for the last time.
